Omnivore's Hundred
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten. There is little if anything I won't try.
I attempted to cleanup the formatting, but it was too much work.

We can solve a few of those "never tried's" :-)
Yeah, I think some might be Indian food that I have tried but don't know the name for.
I've traveled around of the world so much was familiar, though many things were something I would not want again.
Would rank the Big Mac meal up there with whole insects though.
But what is Pho??
Pho is Vietnamese noodle soup. Broth is poured over rice noodles and meat (usually beef) then vegetables are added (basil, onions, cilantro, & bean sprouts typically).
It's pretty good, although when eating Vietnamese I prefer Bun. Bun is similar to Pho, but skips the broth and adds Fish sauce. You also usually have more lemongrass, carrots, & cucumbers in Bun.
OK, I've had that! There was a good Vietnamese restaurant in a little town I visited in Missouri of all places. I tried several things, all wonderful, and the meal was finished with this awesome sweet iced coffee.
